The City of Farmington Hills has announced the selection of Gary Mekjian as the city's new Assistant City Manager. Since November 2010, Mekjian has served as the city's Director of Public Services.

Anthony Posawatz accepted a position as new director of Envision Solar International, Inc. effective February 19, 2016. Posawatz has been an automotive industry professional for over 30 years. Since September 2013, Mr. Posawatz has served as the president and chief executive officer of Invictus iCAR, LLC, an automotive innovation consulting and advisory firm focused on assisting energy and auto clean technology companies.
