Additional summer Pell Grant

Are you an undergraduate student planning to enroll in Spring-Summer? Additional federal Pell Grant funds are available if you are Pell eligible and attend at least 6 credits. Take the classes you need and graduate on time!

Registering for classes?

If you have not met your annual loan limit and enroll at least half-time, you may be eligible to receive federal student loans. During the summer, half time status is 6 credits for undergraduates, 3 credits for JD students and 1 credit for graduate students.

Receiving Your Aid

Turn them in before you go

Complete your 2019-20 financial aid requirements before you leave for the summer to ensure your aid is ready for you in the fall! Check your requirements in Academica.

Course participation must be confirmed

After classes begin, your financial aid will be applied to your account only after your course participation is confirmed by your instructor. If your participation is not confirmed in all classes, your aid may be reduced or cancelled.

Student Emergency Grant

The Student Emergency Grant offers limited emergency financial assistance to currently enrolled students who are unable to meet immediate, essential expenses because of temporary hardship related to an unexpected situation.
