Public Health Committee

Dear WSU Students,

With the recent national concerns about the J & J vaccine, the Campus Health Center will be distributing the Pfizer Vaccine (two doses) to the WSU students this week, Thursday and Friday (April 15th and 16th). The vaccines will be distributed in the Student Center Building, not at the Campus Health Center.

**It is extremely important that you select your time slot carefully.  There is no need to rush, we have enough vaccine for you no matter when you schedule your appointment.  Please be mindful that if you cancel, we are unable to offer the time slot to someone else, and this potentially could lead to waste of a limited resource.

SIX Step-by-Step Process for making your COVID-19 Vaccine appointment

  1. Make your appointment by scheduling online

  1. Do not share the link with others, as we are required by the Detroit Public Health Department to distribute the vaccine to specific populations (WSU students).
  2. Complete the Campus Daily Screener online or download the WSU application prior to entering CHC.
  3. Bring your WSU OneCard and government-issued ID to the appointment with you.
  4. Arrive 10-15 prior to your appointment time to complete paperwork and read required documents.
  5. Be prepared to stay in the clinic 15-30 minutes after receiving the vaccine

If you have questions please call CHC at 313-577-5105 (vaccine hotline) or 313 577-5041. You can also email the phc@wayne.edu if you have other questions.
