Dear Wayne State community, As we continue to plan for the fall semester, it is important to understand the status of COVID-19 vaccinations within our campus community. To help us with that planning, we have created a brief, anonymous survey that will provide a better glimpse of how many in the Wayne State community have received the vaccine and what questions still remain. We very much appreciate your willingness to take a few moments to complete it. The survey can be accessed online; please complete it by Friday, May 14.
