2021 Advisor Certification & Recognition Program

All advisors are welcome to attend the ATA's annual Certification and Recognition Program on Friday, December 10 at 2:00pm via Zoom. This program will recognize advisors who achieved Level 1 and Level 2 certification this year as well as those who contributed to ATA programming and AAC Summit presentations in 2021.  In addition, we will honor the 2021 ATA Advising Award recipients. Please RSVP using the link in the title and a reminder and Zoom link will be sent a few days before.

MTA Advising for Student Success  

A workshop designed for new and current WSU advisors looking to increase their knowledge of the Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA) will be presented by Doug Peacock, ASO, University Advising Center, on Monday, November 29 from 2 to 3 p.m. via Zoom. Among the topics covered include how to evaluate transfer credit for the MTA requirement, how to advise students on bringing in the endorsement, and how to advise on completing the requirement using reverse transfer.
