Get your flu vaccine by Oct. 15

If you still need a flu vaccine, our flu clinic outreach team will be at the College of Nursing, WSU Farmers Market, Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and the School of Medicine over the next two weeks. Refer to the calendar below for a complete list of dates and locations.

Important: To expedite your flu clinic experience, please schedule an appointment AND complete the emailed electronic consent form PRIOR to your appointment. Walk-ins will be accepted as our schedule allows.

NOTE: Flu clinics are NOT at Campus Health Center. Prior to making your appointment, refer to the schedule below to select a date and corresponding location that is convenient for you.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 5 – WSU Farmers Market (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
  • Thursday, Oct. 6 – Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, lower-level commons
  • Monday, Oct. 10 – School of Medicine, Scott Hall, Margherio Conference Center
  • Tuesday, Oct. 11 – School of Medicine, Scott Hall, Margherio Conference Center
  • Wednesday, Oct. 12 – WSU Farmers Market (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Flu clinic hours are 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Closed 12:30 to 1 p.m. for lunch break.

Scheduling

  1. Register for your appointment using your full legal name and WSU AccessID email address (i.e., Thomas, NOT Tom and AA1111@wayne.edu, NOT john.doe@wayne.edu).
  2. Watch your email for electronic consent forms.
  3. Complete your electronic consent forms PRIOR to your appointment. 

 

Appointment day

  1. Make sure you have completed the emailed electronic consent forms.
  2. Bring your WSU OneCard, photo ID and insurance card if you have one. We bill insurance if you have it, but there is no out-of-pocket cost to WSU students, faculty and staff.
  3. Confirm that you are going to the correct location; see schedule above.
  4. Complete the Campus Daily Screener prior to coming on campus.
  5. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  6. Please wear a mask.

 

After your appointment

  1. To comply with the WSU flu mandate, please upload your flu vaccine documentation before the Oct. 15 deadline.
