Class of 2027:

New Students who completed a 2023/2024 FAFSA and listed Wayne State University School of Medicine should begin receiving their Financial Aid Package Information on Friday, April 7, 2023.

Please login to your Academica/Financial Aid Student Portal to review your Package at the following https://wayne.edu/financial-aid/medicine .  You will need your Banner ID and Access ID to login to Academica, if you have not done so yet.  That information was sent to you from mdadmissions@wayne.edu .

Your Financial Aid Package will include the following for 2023/2024

• Financial Aid is packaged and will disburse each of the 4 Terms of 2023/2024
  • Summer Med 2023
  • Fall Med 2023
  • Winter Med 2024
  • Spring Med 2024
• Financial Aid is awarded based on Cost of Attendance and cannot be exceeded
• Need Based Board of Governor’s Scholarships Aid (If eligible)
• Federal Direct Unsubsidized Stafford Loans ($44,944.00 maximum for the year)
• Federal Grad Plus Loans (If applied for at https://studentaid.gov)
• Adjustments can be made to any amount you wish to receive by contacting Financial Aid at finaidmed@wayne.edu .
