Good Afternoon, 

Phase 1 Registration is now complete! Courses have been assigned randomly, and you will find one or two courses added to your schedule for the MED Apr–Jun 2025 and MED Jul–Sep 2025 terms. You can review your schedule by visiting registration.wayne.edu and selecting "View Your Class Schedule." 

Not seeing your perfect schedule? Here’s a reminder of what our limitations were: 

  • Our priority months for Henry Ford are April, May and June. However, just because we’re prioritized, doesn’t mean that there’s an unlimited supply of seats. We are still beholden to the capacity set forth by the departments. 

  • July and onward registration for HFH will occur during Phase 3 registration, based on availability. 

  • For all other sites, not every course is offered every month, and we are still bound by course capacity limits.  

Want to make changes to your schedule? You’ll have the opportunity to adjust your schedule during: 

  • Phase 2: Opens Feb 5 at 5 PM 

  • Phase 3: Opens Feb 24 at 5 PM 

If a seat is available in your desired course, you’ll be able to make changes. However, if you drop a course, another student may take the seat, and we won’t be able to restore your original schedule. 

Specialty Course Availability Some requested specialty courses were unavailable during Phase 1. If you notice open slots in April or May and are considering adjusting your Step 2 study timeline, you can take advantage of available seats and make changes during Phase 2 or Phase 3. 

Forgot to submit your form? Want to change something on your form? You'll be able to create and adjust your schedule during Phase 2 and Phase 3 registration. 

Resources to Help you Plan: 

  • The "Browse Registration" section on registration.wayne.edu is now available to help you plan your schedule for Phase 2 and Phase 3.  

  • We also offer Zoom help sessions at the following times: 

    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 2 PM 

    • Tuesday, Thursday at 10 AM

    • These sessions are designed for quick questions—schedule changes must wait for Phase 2 and Phase 3. No further adjustments will be made by our office at this time.
