The Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development welcomes all members of our community to join us for a Special Interactive Discussion with:

Angela Trepanier, M.S., C.G.C.

"The Role of Faculty Mindset in Supporting Student Learning"

At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

  1. Describe the psychological concept of mindset and its impact on student achievement.
  2. Recognize how faculty mindset (fixed or growth oriented) can serve as a situational cue that influences a student’s mindset (i.e., thoughts, motivations, and performance).
