Her training includes a Ph.D. in chronic disease epidemiology from Yale University and a postdoctoral fellowship in alcohol research from the University of California in Berkeley. Sydney Daviskiba - Ms. Daviskiba is currently a third-year medical student at Wayne State University School of Medicine. She received her B.S. in Human Biology and Minors in Economics & Bioethics, Humanities & Society from Michigan State University. Arash Javanbakht, M.D. - Dr. Javanbakht is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Neurosciences at Wayne State University. He serves as the director of the Stress, Trauma & Anxiety Research Clinic (STARC). His work is focused on anxiety, trauma and PTSD. Megan MacKenzie - Ms. MacKenzie is currently a third-year medical student at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Her current research is focused on promoting mental health in healthcare workers and the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health.
