The Value of Applying for Fellowships As a follow-up to Dr. Deegan-Krause's National Competitive Scholarship presentation that launched the ATA's International Students and Global Experience series last January, advisors should be aware that the Office of International Programs (OIP) has recorded and print versions of student presentations about the fellowship application process available on their website. They also recently published an article reinforcing the value of preparing and applying for these fellowships for students, even if they do not end up receiving the award.
