Dear WSU community,

The Campus Health Center will begin scheduling appointments for the long-awaited Johnson & Johnson single-dose COVID-19 vaccine, available for administration beginning Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at the Campus Health Center. Employees and students can call now for a J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine appointment.

The five-step process is described below:

• Schedule your appointment for a J&J COVID-19 vaccine by calling 313-577-5105 or 313-577-5041.
• Complete the Campus Daily Screener prior to entering the Campus Health Center.
• Bring your WSU OneCard, government-issued ID and insurance card to the appointment with you.
• Arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete paperwork and read required documents (Janssen J&J Document).
• Be prepared to stay at the clinic for 15 to 30 minutes after receiving the vaccine.
