Department of Communication Scholarship Winners Announced SPOTLIGHTS: Every year, the Department of Communication awards nearly $200,000 in scholarships to our amazing graduate and undergraduate students. These awards are typically given during our annual end-of-the-year events, but we were unable to present the scholarships this year due to the Covid-19 shutdown. Instead, we highlight our recipients in Word on the Street: Student Edition newsletter. We offer a description of each scholarship as well as student statements and photos for those who wished to submit.
