Return to Campus Faculty & Staff Learning & Support Resources We’re listening and are here for you! Resources and learning experiences are available in Summer/Fall to support you as we continue our phased return to campus: - Recently updated information on the Flexible Work Arrangement guidelines and request form is available for a six-month, temporary pilot program starting September 7 through March, 2022. A policy will be forthcoming pending pilot experiences. We’re here to help you make this process as successful as possible to set the stage for a potential continuation of flexible work!
- A series of staff workshops are available to help you prepare for this transition, prevent burnout, and prepare for effective and efficient hybrid work – including communicating and problem solving in flexible workspaces. Our eLearning library, Accelerate, is also available 24/7 with new books, short courses, videos, and other resources for leading hybrid teams.
- Your HR Consultant is available to share resources to ease the transition, including sharing WSU contacts for child care resources, employee assistance, and Return to Campus FAQs. We know you’ll be preparing for conversations about return schedules as well as staying open along the way about how the process is going. We’re here to help you as we all learn together what might work best for us – and for those we serve.
