Dear campus community, I’m writing to urge you to submit your proof of full vaccination as soon as possible. As we have communicated, Wayne State has mandated that all students, faculty and staff who plan to be on campus this fall receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Based on the results of our survey from earlier this summer, we know that many throughout our campus community who have been vaccinated have not yet submitted their proof. You must upload your vaccine proof to the mandate site even if you have already uploaded it to the vaccine incentive site. Please be mindful that, beginning Aug. 31, those who fail to submit this proof or an approved declination form will not be permitted on campus.
