Information will be provided on Ulliance EAP and WSU Wellness Program benefits, as well as an over view of your many program options. At the end of the session, participants will have a better understanding of the Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Warriors and where to find additional resources to survive holiday stress and address pandemic post-traumatic stress. Amy Freedman, MSW, SHRM-CP WSU Account Director, Ulliance, Amy Freedman is a Masters level Social Worker, along with a SHRM-CP, with 17 years of expereince. Amy's practical knowledge in mental health, and understanding of the role HR provides in the area of employee relations gives her a unique frame of reference, and she believes this helps her to connect more effectively to the cosultation needs of her clients. Travis Van Dyke, Wayne State University, HR Wellbeing Coordinator Travis has a passion for wellness and fitness and has worked in employee wellness for over 3 years. It took him a few years after graduating from Oakland University, working in human resources, for him to realize his true calling was wellness. He obtained his certified strength and conditioning specialist certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association in August of 2020 during the pandemic. He loves all things fitness and even built his own gym in his basement. He currently lives with his Fiancé Catherine and their dog Luna. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, baseball, strength coaching, and of course, working out.
