Title IX Training for Advisors

As academic advisors, we play a role in WSU's commitment to maintaining a safe living, learning and working environment for our campus community. Understanding and upholding the policies and processes of Title IX is an important requirement for our work with students. In order to provide a full understanding of the law, its regulations and your role, the ATA and the WSU Title IX office encourages all advisors to do the following steps:

1. Complete the 30-minute, self-paced Title IX staff training which can be found by clicking the yellow "Title IX Training for Faculty and Staff" button on the website homepage.

2. Attend the virtual Title IX Q&A Session for Advisors on Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 11 a.m. to Noon presented by WSU Title IX Coordinator Brandy Banks. RSVP through the link below.

3. Review the information and resources on WSU's Title IX website.
