Try out a digital detoxWe’ve all been stressed lately. It's understandable: a lot is going on, and there are so many demands on our time. As useful as modern technology is, sometimes all the screentime can add up and sap your energy. So, as you plan your summer weeks, consider that it may be beneficial to build in some moments to remove the devices from your life, even if it's just for a short time. Maybe start with a morning or an afternoon, and build up to a whole day a little bit at a time if you find it helps you relax.
