Dear Class of 2024,

There seems to be a lot of confusion about yesterday’s email on the CRISP End of Life Seminar Requirements.

Please recall from the slides from your registration that you have been auto-registered for MD4 CRISP – MD4 8015 for each term. This is a longitudinal 1 credit course that you will take throughout your senior year. There will be a Canvas page for this course for each term with some Aquifer, DocCom, and professionalism modules and other virtual assignments you will need to complete. This term’s Canvas course is not yet active as we transition a new coordinator into the role, so please be patient and keep an eye on your emails for the notification that the course has gone live.

For those of you who had heard about the End of Life Seminar in relation to your Sub-I from your Sub-I checklist or previous students, please be aware that this seminar is no longer a part of the Sub-I. This seminar is now part of Senior CRISP for the Class of 2024 and M3 CRISP for the Class of 2025 and beyond. If you are planning to attend a seminar that occurs during your Sub-I, please contact your site coordinator and connect with your team using the Elective Course Coordinators.xlsx.

For those of you questioning how to sign up for a seminar, please note that you do not need to sign up for an End of Life Seminar. You simply need to virtually attend one of the sessions with your camera on and be marked present when M4 attendance is taken.

If you're still confused or have other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out!

Thanks,

Hannah
