Welcome to Wayne State University School of Medicine! As part of our onboarding process, we'd like you to review your contact information to update it to your local address, and add an Emergency Contact.

Please log in to Academica > Student Resources > Student Records > View Personal Information and follow these instructions:

If you need to change it, click the pencil below the mailing address and update all of the fields.

Emergency Contact

Click on Add New under Emergency Contact, then enter your contact's name.

For phone number, in the first box, please enter your emergency contact's area code.

In the second box, please enter the remaining seven digits of your emergency contact's phone number.

Please leave the third (extension) box blank. 

The example below is how (313) 555-1212 would be entered.
