Neha Raukar, M.D., is a practicing physician in both sports medicine and emergency medicine, and is active in education, clinical medicine, legislation, and research. Her sideline experience spans the breadth from high school, collegiate and Olympic athletes. In her role as Vice Chair for Faculty Development, she focuses on promoting the well-being, resilience, and overall professional development of the healthcare workforce. She has a national presence, evidenced by her presentations at national conferences, where she focuses on reducing disparities among female healthcare professionals and has secured grants for this line of investigation. An associate professor at the Mayo Clinic, her research interests include injuries and life-threatening diseases in athletes and is dedicated to educating fellow healthcare providers and the public as it relates to these topics.
