It is scheduled to open at 5pm today. There is not a rush to complete it, you can fill it out any time between now and January 19, 2024, at 11pm. The results will not be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • The goal of this form is to provide you with two opportunities to get recommendation letters that can be submitted with your ERAS application.  
    • If you do not fill out the survey, it is ok! You will still be able to register during Phases 2 and 3, but availability may not be great for high-demand courses. 
    • If you fill out the survey now, and then in a couple of days, you change your mind, you can go back in and adjust your answers through 11pm on January 19, 2024. 
  • The list of courses is incredibly long, but you are going to only select a few options. Here are a couple of examples: 
    • If you are going into Family Medicine, you can select 8210, Acting Internship and another Family Medicine rotation. 
    • If you are going into OB/Gyn, you can select 8770 and another OB/Gyn Rotation, and then register later in the year for the Acting Internship. 
  • We will contact you if we need more information related to your responses. Please respond timely. 

To ease some stress and answer ALL your questions, we invite you to optional Zoom sessions in the next week. You may not request an excused absence to attend one, but we have scheduled 4 sessions to choose from. These are optional, and do not replace your required conversation with your specialty advisor. If you are a student returning from an Educational Leave of Absence (ELOA), please fill out the survey based on your return date in your letter. For example, if your ELOA ends on June 30, 2024, please only select July and August on the survey as potential dates you can take courses. If you are a student considering an ELOA, please select only months you are available for enrollment.
