2024 CEnR Summit 2024 CEnR Summit  

We are excited to announce the return of the Community-Engaged Research Summit. This year, the virtual CEnR Summit will focus on the impact of income and employment on health outcomes and health equity. Join us Thursday, April 11, for networking and a panel discussion and then again on Friday, April 12, for an update from CHECK-UP Research Networks, a keynote speaker, and a panel discussion featuring local academic and community experts.

Black History 101 Mobile Museum  

Established by visionary educator and scholar Khalid el-Hakim, Ph.D., the Black History 101 Mobile Museum stands as a renowned repository comprising more than 10,000 original artifacts spanning from the era of the trans-Atlantic slave trade to hip-hop culture. Hosted at the David Adamany Undergraduate Library, this one day event is free and will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a lecture by Dr. el-Hakim at noon.
