To prevent delays, consolidate all files into a single submission. For guidance on file merging, consult the "Video FAQ" accessible through the CastleBranch platform. -
Hepatitis B Revaccination: Should you receive a negative Hepatitis B titer result, you will need to undergo revaccination (typically 2 or 3 doses, depending on the manufacturer) and schedule follow-up testing (~4 weeks after the final dose) to fulfill the requirement. If you have been prompted for Hepatitis B additional action, this means that you have not satisfied the requirement and further action is necessary. As you complete the revaccination series, please upload where you are in the series. It is ultimately the student’s responsibility to ensure that the proper revaccination and follow-up testing schedule are followed. For assistance: -
