MANifest: A Men of Color Mental Health Symposium MANifest: A Men of Color Mental Health Symposium  

Affecting Change Detroit, in collaboration with WSU’s Association of Black Social Workers and the Black and Latinx Male SW Initiative, will host the inaugural MANifest, a Men of Color Mental Health Symposium. The event will include a 6:30 p.m. reception at ArtBlock on July 12 and a symposium at the McGregor Conference Center the following day at 9 a.m.

WSU at the African World Festival  

Join us at the 41st annual African World Festival in Detroit's Hart Plaza to celebrate the beauty, strength and spirit of the African Diaspora. The festival, co-sponsored by Wayne State, will run from July 12 to July 14. Almost 20,000 people are expected to enjoy the festival's performances, vendors, food and more.
