Flu clinics are for you too!

Wayne State faculty and staff are welcome to get their flu vaccine at the Campus Health Center's on-campus flu clinics. We will have both regular and high-dose flu vaccines available. The CDC recommends the high-dose flu vaccine for those 65 and older.

Please bring the following items to your appointment:
  • Driver’s license
  • OneCard
  • Insurance card
Most insurance plans cover the flu vaccine, but you can always contact your plan administrator to verify your coverage. If you do not have insurance or opt to self-pay, the regular flu vaccine is $25 and the high-dose flu vaccine is $100, due at the time of service. 
 

We have the COVID vaccine

Campus Health Center has the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Did you know you can get your COVID-19 vaccine and your flu vaccine at the same time? Please call 313-577-5041 to schedule your appointment. For more information about the COVID-19 vaccine, see the CDC COVID-19 vaccine guidelines.
 

CHC now accepts BCN

We are pleased to announce we are now able to see patients with Blue Care Network insurance at Campus Health Center. There is no need to change your primary care provider. Your regular office visit co-pay will apply. The "specialist" co-pay will apply for preventative services such as annual physical exams.
 

Protect yourself

Now is the perfect time to schedule an appointment for the following vaccines:
  • High-dose Fluzone for influenza prevention. (Recommended for 65 )
  • Shingrix for shingles prevention. (Recommended for 50 )
  • Abrysvo for RSV prevention. (Recommended for 60 , available Oct. 1)
