Most insurance plans fully cover the flu vaccine. If you have concerns, please check with your insurance plan. If you choose to self-pay, the cost is $25. Walk-in flu shot WednesdaysYou can walk into the Campus Health Center each Wednesday in October for your flu vaccine. No appointment required. Please bring your driver’s license, OneCard and insurance card. Don’t let the flu get you! If you need additional vaccines, we recommend calling 313-577-5041 to schedule an appointment. COVID-19 vaccineThe 2024-25 Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is available through Campus Health Center. The CDC recommends everyone ages 6 months and older should get the 2024–25 COVID-19 vaccine. This includes people who have received a COVID-19 vaccine before and people who have had COVID-19. You can also get your flu vaccine at the same time. If you are interested, please schedule online or call 313-577-5041. Get Yourself Tested (GYT)Did you know you could have a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) without having symptoms? If you are between the ages of 18-24 and asymptomatic, you can be tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea at no cost through the State of Michigan’s GYT program, which is offered at Campus Health Center. If you or your partner test positive, both of you should start treatment. Getting treated right away can help you avoid health problems down the road.
