Pic of the weekPAS students get ready for the MAPA conference

Our PAS program is celebrating PA Week with colleagues from across the state at the 2022 Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants Fall CME Conference in Grand Rapids on Oct. 6-8. Participating students wrote, performed, directed and produced this two-minute video ahead of competing in tonight's annual Quiz Bowl. The short film is out of this world — drop everything and see for yourself! Then be sure to flip through all the fun behind-the-scenes pics on Instagram! Best of luck to our Little Einsteins as they match wits against fellow PA students, as well as to Program Director Mary Jo Pilat and Assistant Clinical Professor Bindiya Nandwana, who are presenting lectures during the conference. And happy PA Week to you all!

Last weekend, the WSU Applebaum Radiation Therapy Technology program made great strides toward the mission to end breast cancer by participating in Komen Detroit Race for the Cure on beautiful Belle Isle. Since the mid-‘90s, Metro Detroiters have raised more than $30 million in the effort to achieve a world without breast cancer. Thank you for your devotion to the cause, RTT students and faculty! It looks like it was a great time — check out the photos!
